Are the squishies handmade?
Yes! All squishies are handmade. This makes every squishy unique and may cause a slight delay in shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! For a flat rate of $5.99 we currently ship to Mexico, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, New Zealand, Italy, and Spain.
Why does my squishy feel sticky or tacky?
Some squishies are sticky or tacky on purpose. Often referred to or known as "Taba Squishies." If you prefer to have a nonstick squish, just dust the product in a light layer of baby powder. To return to normal rinse with regular dish soap and water.
Why do some of my squishies have a smell?
Due to the material used, as well as the shipping packaging, some squishies can have a slight smell. Just leave the product out of the packaging and any smell present will fade over time.
How should I clean and care for my squishies?
You can clean your squishies with regular dish soap and water. Leave out to air dry or use a lint free cloth. Please treat your squishies gently! Squish, squeeze and enjoy, but don't try to pop, puncture, or pull it apart.
What should I do if my squishy arrives damaged?
Please don't hesitate to contact us! Please take any relevant pictures or videos and contact us through our contact page. You can also reach out via Instagram or Tik Tok. Just provide your order number along with the delivery concern. We would be happy to review any concerns to keep customers Cozy!
Are squishies edible or safe for children?
All products, both squishies and fidgets, are NOT edible. For child safety, please know squishies have the potential to pop and may contain filling that can be unsafe for children. Please supervise young children when playing with all squishies or fidgets.
Why is my order taking longer to arrive?
Orders may take longer to arrive depending on demand, hand making process, or shipping delays. The normal delivery time is between 8-12 business days.
